Already in the third generation, we, the Hoffmann family, put our heart and soul into the Seehotel Baumgarten. As a family business, we live for the personal and relaxed ambience in our house. We look forward to spoil you soon in our little paradise.

Agnes Blättler-Pünter receives
the host patent. With it,
the Seehotel Baumgarten 
became a inn for a few

months a year.

First hotel room 

Erection of the single storey
hall construction

Alfred and Martha 
Blättler-Z'Rotz 
take over the operation.

New kitchen and restaurant.

A fire destroys the building

with the hotel rooms.

Replacement economic building
and increase in hall construction
by two floors.

Takeover of the property
by Theo Breisacher and
generous expansion. 

Monica and Wilfried
Hoffmann-Breisacher
take over the Seehotel
Baumgarten.

Handover of the business
to Nathalie Hoffmann and
her husband Antonio. 

Replacement building of the guest house. New studios are emerging
and apartments.

Opening of the replacement building called "Bijou". 

The summer bar becomes the See Lounge with a digital self-ordering system.

What you bring to the table

  • At least one year of professional experience

  • Completed vocational training as a chef EFZ

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure

  • High quality standards

  • Team player and reliable

  • Commitment and willingness to learn

  • Knowledge of German and English

 

Your responsibilities

  • Independently managing the garde manger and patisserie kitchen stations

  • Creation, preparation, and production of all dishes

  • Not only managing your own station, but also pitching in as a team where support is needed

  • Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations

  • Compliance with work processes in the kitchen area

  • Carrying out cleaning work and maintenance of kitchen appliances

  • Support with food storage and control

  • Various cleaning tasks
