About Us

Already in the third generation, we, the Hoffmann family, put our heart and soul into the Seehotel Baumgarten. As a family business, we live for the personal and relaxed ambience in our house. We look forward to spoil you soon in our little paradise.

Our history

Agnes Blättler-Pünter receives
the host patent. With it,
the Seehotel Baumgarten 
became a inn for a few

months a year.

First hotel room 

Erection of the single storey
hall construction

Alfred and Martha 
Blättler-Z'Rotz 
take over the operation.

New kitchen and restaurant.

A fire destroys the building

with the hotel rooms.

Replacement economic building
and increase in hall construction
by two floors.

Takeover of the property
by Theo Breisacher and
generous expansion. 

Monica and Wilfried
Hoffmann-Breisacher
take over the Seehotel
Baumgarten.

Handover of the business
to Nathalie Hoffmann and
her husband Antonio. 

Replacement building of the guest house. New studios are emerging
and apartments.

Opening of the replacement building called "Bijou".

  • Swiss and international dishes at a high level (hot and cold cuisine)

  • Managing the à la carte business

  • Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations

  • Compliance with work processes in the kitchen area
