About Us

Already in the third generation, we, the Hoffmann family, put our heart and soul into the Seehotel Baumgarten. As a family business, we live for the personal and relaxed ambience in our house. We look forward to spoil you soon in our little paradise.

the host patent. With it,
the Seehotel Baumgarten
became a inn for a few

months a year.

First hotel room

Erection of the single storey
hall construction

Alfred and Martha

A fire destroys the building

with the hotel rooms.

Replacement economic building
and increase in hall construction

Takeover of the property

Support in human resources: Contracts, registration with authorities
Collaboration in the supervision of banquets incl. preparation of offers
Flexible deployment in service, breakfast or sea control on busy days

What you bring with you

Experience in administration, ideally in the hotel or catering industry

Your tasks

Operational management of the service team in the restaurant and See Lounge
Responsibility for the smooth running of the à la carte and banquet service
Training, management and scheduling of service staff
Ensuring a warm, attentive guest service
Active involvement in day-to-day business and helping to shape the guest experience
Interface with the kitchen and management
In the case of an annual position, you will also support the management with administrative work in the office and at reception.

Professional experience in a comparable position in the hotel or catering industry
