Getting there
The Kehrsitenstrasse is only accessible with permission. Hotel guests receive the permission with the booking. We ask restaurant guests to register with the Nidwalden police.

During the summer months, the Kehrsitenstrasse is closed to ALL motorized vehicles on Sundays from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Public transport
Lucerne - Stans - Engelberg - Train from Lucerne or Engelberg to Stansstad and then on foot. Detailed timetable here.
